Who are you?
While Vybz Kartel initially ignited my interest in Dancehall, my primary inspiration now comes from Shatta Wale.
In 2012, I released my first hit song, "One Man One Cup." Then, in 2018, I traveled to Ghana to work on an album and to meet my role model, Shatta Wale. This experience greatly enriched my music career, and upon returning to Liberia, I focused on promoting my releases in my home country.
Where are you from?
I go by the name Chillout Badman and I come from Monrovia, Liberia. My musical journey began with singing in the church choir and eventually forming a group called LiB Connection, later renamed Africa Connecting. Despite the various paths my group members took, my love and passion for music has remained steadfast, and I aspire to become a renowned artist.
