Who are you?
I’d describe myself as a genre-bending artist and storyteller. My sound blends Alternative R&B, Hip-Hop, and Afro-influenced rhythms into a style I call Comic Soul — music that carries real emotion, street perspective, and melodic soul. Growing up with gospel roots and the influence of artists who weren’t afraid to be original, I learned early that music should come from a real place.
As an artist, I focus on authenticity, storytelling, and pushing creativity beyond trends. My goal is to make music that people can feel — whether it’s about love, struggle, celebration, or the realities of life. I’m not just making songs; I’m building a sound and a movement that encourages artists to embrace their own musical DNA.
Where are you from?
I’m from the West Side of Chicago, a place with a deep musical legacy and a lot of real stories behind the sound. The music scene here is raw, soulful, and full of creativity — it’s where gospel roots, street poetry, and new-wave sounds all collide. Chicago gave the world legends and innovators, and the city still pushes artists to find their own voice instead of following trends.
