Who are you?
I’m a storyteller first. I like taking dark, strange, uncomfortable, and sometimes ridiculous ideas and turning them into songs with real emotion behind them. With Sour Static, I want every song to have its own story and personality while still feeling like it belongs in the same dirty, loud world.
Where are you from?
I was born in Virginia and raised in Indiana. I grew up around a lot of different kinds of music, but rock has always been home for me. There’s still a real appetite for loud, guitar-driven music here, and I’m excited to bring Sour Static into that world while doing something a little different with it. Shout out to everyone still keeping rock weird and alive.
