Who are you?
NASIK started recording songs in his room with equipment he had received from a close friend. Being able to experiment at a home studio has enabled NASIK to find his true sound. With no musical background, NASIK still learned how to mix his sound on his own. NASIK creates music based on his life experiences focusing on topics people tend to be afraid to talk about. His passion for music has grown over the years, which has led him to continue to elevate his music.
Where are you from?
NASIK, an Asian American artist based out of Chicago, Illinois. With blends of hip/hop, emo rap, and trap music, NASIK’s unique voice and flow complement each other to create soulful music. NASIK has found inspiration from artists like A Boogie with da hoodie, JI Prince of NY, and Northside Benji.
