Started his music career in August of 2021 with the release of his first single "Old Same New Stranger" produced by himself along with a Podcast titled, *JK. CarterCarterCarter* Old Same New Stranger. [In December of 2021 was nominated for Tunebubble Artists of 2021 #106 YouTube/ In June & July of 2022, was Top 10 on Myradio 101.1Fm in Owerri, Nigeria/Repost Exchange by Soundcloud Top 40 Charts along with a few other early accomplishments] Released the Remix to Old Same New Stranger in March of 2022 [available everywhere]. Where are you from?
Born in Lexington, South Carolina (1/20/1993) but raised in Jackson, South Carolina & the name is Jabari Keon Carter (JK. Carter). Being that my area is close to the bottom of the map also less populated than any other average city, my small countryside of town & it's music scene is active but not too popular because maybe 1 out of every 25 individuals actually branch out to elevate in furthering their music career. I respect the game with the hustle but coming from where I come from, there's alot of favoritsm or unconscious bias going on so I just mind my business & keep on keeping on with what I have to do as a Artist. After all the hell that I went through I still managed to make myself a Legend while Jackson, South Carolina raised me to not break me but overall, God does & God did work in mysterious ways so I'm always blessed with a gift to change music in a way. It's a prophecy that has to be fulfilled & somebody has to speak it, somebody has to do it so Lets Get It Doggg! God Bless America!!!
