Artist Name: Empire Nxumalo
Who are you?
I am the type of artist that applies the best poetry, prose, and rhythm into every speech delivered on every carefully crafted beat that I create or that I am called to rap on. I not only seek to reach a mass number of listeners that will relate but I also seek to reach a mass number of listeners that want to be entertained and also mind boggled!
Where are you from?
I am from Nongoma, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. A small town filled with tradition, heritage and culture. It is a town my heart just cannot bare the thought of permanently leaving behind. Many artists, friends and family members have decided to take that decision as a means to find job opportunities, chase dreams, and grow their businesses yet I feel that I accomplish of all that while remaining resident.
The music scene this side is just like the town's identity, it is filled with tradition, heritage, and culture. The people here love to gather around for some good entertainment and music events are a year round thing here.
