'Over and Over' speaks about navigating life in a fast paced world, and the notion that nothing ever really dies. In her song, Dash sings that "…over and over, the wheel keeps turning…" and that "…flowers keep blooming…"
Dash was inspired to write such lyrics by reading several texts on grief after the sudden passing of her mother in early 2021. She found comfort in those texts and wanted to share what she learned through her lyrics.
